Each employee receives a private login to their company-branded dashboard. Each individual can monitor their progress, whilst keeping up to date with new content and features.
Content is specific to each employee, providing information and guidance across the ‘Six Pillars’ of wellbeing – MyBody, MyMind, MyCareer, MyMoney, MyRelationships and MySurroundings
Each month employees are encouraged to set a monthly well-being goal as part of their individual wellness journey for greater health, happiness and productivity.
Employees can reap the benefits of regularly participating in OptiMe wellbeing initiatives through exciting competitions and monthly prizes.
Each employee receives access to an extensive bank of video workshops that address a wide range of topics and are developed by leading professionals, and a support line provides employees with counselling support and practical advice. Distressed employees can connect directly to a professional counsellor 24/7.

We helped develop the user journey following our first discussions by designing the UX/UI interface, which included all option pages, colour schemes, and graphics.
