We were asked by The Nuance Group to develop the CMS system which ran the interactive shopping mobile app to aid purchasing suggestions and show related advertising content within the duty frees. From perfume buying, to tobacco and Whiskeys the technology is revolutionary to drive sales through Motorola Zoom tablets in store.
We designed and developed a bespoke CRM System tool which integrates with the companies central database. The CRM System also enables The Nuance Group to centrally manage the content of in-store Android Tablet Applications and the forthcoming e-commerce website.
The concept is currently being tested at Antalya airport in Turkey before a full launch at Zurich Airport, Switzerland. The design is driven by Nuance’s wish to assure European consistency but the company also owns outlets in the Americas and Australasia
