The Brief

A gem in the North York Moors was getting tremendous reviews form locals, however The INN at Hawnby approached MGC to establish the Inn further field by increasing bookings at a national level. We continue to work with the Inn on both keeping their website on top of it’s game, keeping their search rankings above their competition and consulting on a monthly basis on future initiatives and promotions.

The Strategy

We designed and developed a new website which better reflected The INN at Hawnby, focussing on the quality of the amenities and the surrounding area. In addition we offered monthly online marketing consultancy, commissioned professional photography to add further credibility and desirability to the website.

The results include an increase in bookings and enquires for both accommodation and the restaurant by 40 %.
